CSI has been a family owned and operated business for over 60 years. We provide restaurant equipment to some of the most well known chefs, restaurants, delis and institutions in North America as well as to small start-ups. We specialize in slicers, mixers and grinders, only selling products for which we have experience and expertise. Every client is important to us, and we make sure each receives value and quality in all the equipment they purchase.

Unlike other companies in this industry, we are intimately involved in the manufacturing, designing, and rebuilding of machines. We are a discount agency with the largest inventory of its kind in the country. We personally test all our products before selling them. We have in-house technicians and every conceivable replacement part in stock to service our products. We have experience and expertise with every item we sell.

Some of the machines we sell are priced so low that we agree with manufacturers not to advertise their names. We often have demos that are like new at huge discounts, and we refurbish quality used equipment to work like new at great savings.
